Attending the groundbreaking ceremony in Ben Cat Town were local government leaders: Tran Ngoc Cuong, Vice Chairman of Ben Cat Town People’s Committee; Nguyen Minh Quoc, Director of Investment and Construction Project Management of Ben Cat Town; Truong Thanh Phuong, Deputy Director of Investment and Construction Project Management of Ben Cat Town; Phan Thanh Thao, Chairman of An Dien Commune People’s Committee; Tran Ngoc Sang, Head of Urban and Commune Management Department; Major Le Tien Luat – Head of An Dien Commune Police;
On the investor side of Nam Viet Food and Beverage Joint Stock Company, there are Bui Thi Thu Huong, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director; Mr. Vu Van Hau, Director of External Relations; Tran Thi Nhung, Deputy General Director; Tran Thi Hien, Deputy General Director of International Business; Phan Ngoc Lot, Deputy General Director of International Sales; Bui Chi Sy, Managing Director of Nam Viet factory – Ben Cat Branch, along with all representatives of the company’s staff and departments. Also participating in the project construction contractor were Dinh Cong Duong, Chairman of Nhat Gia Construction Joint Stock Company; Dang Thi Kim Ngan, Director of Nhat Gia Construction Joint Stock Company.
According to the report of the investor – Nam Viet Food and Beverage Joint Stock Company, the project to upgrading hot asphalt concrete from DT 748 to Tien Giang intersection, An My Hamlet, An Dien commune was approved Pursuant to Decision No. 4107/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2023 of the People’s Committee of Ben Cat town. Project belongs to group C; Type of traffic works, level IV; Useful life according to the design of the project: 15 years.
The project’s estimated construction value is: 26,279,819,821 VND. In which, the implemented town budget capital has a total investment of: 14,060,967,327 VND; Capital of Nam Viet Food and Beverage Joint Stock Company is self-made with total investment: 12,218,852,494 VND.
At the ceremony, delegates listened to an overview report on the implementation of the Project to upgrading hot asphalt concrete from Provincial Highway 748 to Tien Giang intersection, An My Hamlet, An Dien commune; The representative of the construction unit reports on the status of implementation and preparation of projects, and commits to the progress and quality of construction projects. Local authorities and people create favorable conditions for the construction unit to soon complete the road and put it into use for people to travel, trade, and develop the economy.
